New village restaurant. Small wok, i.e. noodles and rice and big wok, i.e. dishes served. Waiting time over lunch took a while as the kitchen is run by family and likely short-handed. But there's tea and friends to keep you company. Even the pet dog. Lol. We had the chicken wings and drumette in a plum sauce, pork fillet in a similar tasting sauce, anchovies stir fried with onions, chilli and lard plus a claypot brinjall with mince and saltfish to share. All good. Brialliant on a cold, wet Friday lunch. Friendly service. Toilet is a squatting pan at the rear, so please empty your tank before arriving. Lol

Ordered Braised Ginger Duck rice RM8. Bitter gourd chicken rice RM8. Food are all good and not too salty. Tasted like home cooked meals 👍🏼 They have other ‘tai chow’ dishes and Yong Tau Foo. This eatery has been around for many many years. Overall food is tasty and prices are reasonable.

Very popular restaurant with somewhat home style cooking. No frills but taste as good as one expected. I can't say it's cheap but it's OK value. Our meal was Rm50 for 2 person with no fish. Picture didn't show the garlic sweet potato leaves. Parking can be a bit challenging.

This is the most famous restaurant hidden along the old main road towards Salak South New Village. Mostly known locally as "White Cloud", this restaurant serves the best and fresh ingredients in all it's food. Famous for it's Ginger Steam Talapia, Steam Talapia, Deep Fried Talapia with Soya Sauces, Fried Pork Rib, Potato Leaves with garlic + sauce, Yong Tofu and others. Simple place, limited parking spaces, crowded during lunchtime, great food, fantastic taste and very...
