YYDS 中国烧烤炸串 - Sg Besi — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I recently celebrate my friend's birthday at YYDS 中国烧烤炸串, spending around RM640. We chose this restaurant because of their Facebook page advertise free cocktail tower and 10% discount for birthday celebrations. I found out about this promotion on the day of our visit.

However, when we asked about these promotions, the staff informed us that they couldn't honor them, stating that their higher management had decided not to provide these benefits. This was very disappointing and ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion. This is my first time visit and also my last time visit.

I hope the management improves their customer service and honors their advertised promotions in the future. Until then, As my advise i do not recommend...

One word, it was HEAVEN. Honestly I was skeptical in trying out the place due to my previous bad experiences with other BBQ restaurants but I’m really glad I did.

Firstly parking never an issue here and it is also close to residential area.

They offer variety of items, its all fresh and also they serve both alcohol and non alcohol drinks so yeah its NON HALAL guys. The service was tip top, the workers was always ready to serve us. The owner was really good and most importantly the food was really3 good and all fresh.

The only downside is they dont have much variety when it comes to their sauce but it didn’t really matter to me.

Overall 2/5 for us. Don’t really understand why this place deserves 4.9/5. We come at around 12am midnight .Food wise is pricey for us, we don’t mind pay more but the food choice presentation is just meh, some it’s not really fresh to serve, it put for long hours, the meat can tell is not fresh, and the broccoli and mushrooms looks sad. Don’t tell us why I come at late night and that’s why everything almost not fresh, if is like that way why the price still same like normal hour?
