I visited KFC sungai best on Wed 7 Feb 7PM, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite looking forward to enjoying their services, I was met with significant delays. I waited for over an hour, which was unexpected and not communicated beforehand.
The staff, while possibly overwhelmed, did not manage the situation as hoped. There was a noticeable lack of urgency or communication regarding the delay, leaving me and other customers frustrated and uninformed. This lack of efficiency significantly impacted the overall experience.
I understand that unexpected situations can occur, leading to service disruptions. However, I believe that better management and communication from the staff could have mitigated the situation. Providing updates on wait times or offering apologies for delays can go a long way in maintaining customer satisfaction.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as my intention is to see the restaurant improve its service. Everyone has off days, but consistent communication and efficient service should be a priority to ensure all customers leave feeling valued...

After a whole batch of said burger is done, the staff proceed to deliver the order without referring the order arrangement. This means that my order was skipped. I had to go through the manager to get mine. And not a single sign of guilt/remorse were shown, not even a half-hearted apologies.
God knows how long I have to wait. Did i mention the staff taking the orders would leave her position for a long period of time. She could at least close the counter so other can queue and actually have their orders taken.
No one in there seems to be able to handle the situation properly, every once in a while there would be sighs and rant and even 'blaming sessions between them'.
Anyway to give 0 stars? Only redeeming quality is that the food is still good. But even that is thanks to KFC in general, not this good-for-nothing...
