KFC Hexa Walk Desa Petaling — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I tried to call the “gentleman” in grey uniform who I assumed started attending to my order and he didnt want to turn around. At last when he turn around, I asked if it is my order number he preparing. He said, YA KENAPA? with only partial of his head turning and I told him I would like to have only thigh and ribs. He didnt answer and turn around. My order was later serve (at counter) by another NICE lady. I get all ribs, I cannot recognize the shape. Unfortunately, each pieces are not even warm and the texture are dry. That’s my comment on the food and services. YA KENAPA, SUKA TAK I TULIS KAT SINI? Thank you for letting me know that this outlet doesnt provide the parts I wish to have. Dine-in are upstairs, pretty filthy table top. Customers throw the rubbish away but you should know well they are not equipped or tasked to clean the table top for you.

The young men who walk around cleaning the dining area and handle request to change incorrect chicken parts deserves praise for their dedication and service. To conclude, I won’t be returning to this outlet anytime soon, despite having looked forward to dining at the nearest KFC.

Especially when I get YA KENAPA…

KFC, DO CONSIDER ADDING CHICKEN PARTS SELECTION ON YOUR MENU SO CUSTOMERS DOESNT HAVE TO SUFFER YOUR EMPLOYEE INCOMPETENCY IN BASIC...

Terribly dirty place. Very unhygienic. The wash basin was dirty with food particles even after a staff refilled the soap dispenser, he didn't even bother to wash it. The toilet floor was very wet.

Sauce area, refer to photo... a good hour I was there, no staff bother to check and clean.

Staff, slow and unpleasant. I had intended to dine it, but decided to do a take away in case I cant finish my food, the server had the gall & rudely told me off, "Eh... tadi you kan mau dine in?" I then explain, Id like to change my mind, and he gave me a nasty face gesture.

While waiting, same staff took a huge order of sorts, while the customer walked away he complained to his colleague with a snarky remark "Eh (yet again)... ada order besar, you jaga-jaga" .Just very unprofessional for them to do so infront of other customers - it's like - hey don't order so much, a lot of work kind of attitude.

Another staff was behind the counter either doing some kind of work or ordering, talking loudly while playing / grooming his hair... 😑

Very sad, disappointing and deplorable state this Hexa Walk...

KFC Closes at 11,but almost everything is finished? Would suggest to change 2 of your indian staff who are extremely unprofessional and unethical.(Indian girl & thin tall Indian boy( in his 20's)..both of them dont even know what are chicken tenders,I had to repeat myself 3 times and he went on to ask the boy at the fryer.. seriously ?they didn't know how to key in simple orders into the system,both discussion and giggling ..had to wait for the supervisor En .Firdaus who went to the back to take some things.this two were also giggling at the other customers who came after me ..instead of taking orders they kept saying everything finish and kept giggling behind the...
