My recent visit to KFC Branch Sri Petaling left me profoundly disappointed and prompted me to share my experience. Despite the convenience of mobile ordering, the wait time for food exceeded 45 minutes. This was made worse by the need to repeatedly inquire about my order while enduring the unprofessional behavior and tantrums of the staff.
It's evident that the recent expansion of this branch overlooked the crucial factor of adequate manpower. This sentiment is not unique to my visit; a quick look at Google reviews reveals a consistent pattern of feedback emphasizing long wait times, subpar food quality, and unprofessional staff behavior.
What's more frustrating is the false impression of facilities. Despite signage indicating the presence of a toilet, it was not accessible for use. This raises the question: what is the purpose of having such facilities if they are not available to customers when needed?
Such systemic issues reflect poorly on the management's oversight and commitment to customer satisfaction. It's disheartening to see these concerns echoed by multiple patrons, signaling a need for urgent action.

Read moreI went to KFC Sri Petaling today around 08:56pm, I bought some chicken sets and some other parts...after I finished ordering I went to the counter and wanted to tell the person that I want to mix the chicken parts (thighs, wings , drumsticks )...but when I told the counter, he never answered me and he was very rude, disrespecting the customers at that branch...after the food was ready, I went to the counter to pick it up. that and I checked again whether my order was correct or not, but the Malay man at the counter didn't follow what I asked him..he changed my chicken hot&spicy to original, I asked nicely I asked for a change the chicken section and why u changed the chicken to original...and he kept getting angry and talking rudely to me, he threw the chicken in the box like trash...when i asked for the branch manager's phone number, neither of them came forward and took responsibility for the issue...then the manager came forward asking what the issue was, I asked him the branch manager he said, he is not the manager and he is the assistant for the manager...both Malay men are very rude, disrespectful, not clean , and giving customers old chicken...I myself regret why I went to this branch 🤨please take action under this branch and please teach the staff how to handle...

No cleaning table (i come at 3pm so there no many ppl, downstairs only 2 tables got customers. And theres another two tables with rubbish havent clean up. the staff looks quite chill and slow working pace) But for me this still ok bcoz not peak hour, end up i clean a table by myself.
The point for me to leave a bad experience review here is bcoz
Add on cheese is only the half of the small container (hello i pay rm1.50 + tax for this sauces but only this volume? Like seriously?😟)
The fries also served in very cold situation (is cold, not even a little bit warm) i cant finish it bcoz is cold and hard. Like putting aside very long period of time then only serve.
The mash potatoes also tasted bland. Light than the taste of previously normal mash potatoes. But this still ok la just the cooking standard and quality not stable..
