Courtesy call to inform will be late for check-in, call was not responsive. Have try every 10 mins for few times @4PM onwards. Then malay guy picked up the call, answer my enquiry with no manner. Working in the hospitality industry, manner is the utmost priority to deliver the services. Have no issue during check in once we arrive around 11PM, a decent chinese guy very helpful.

2 Nights stay with 2 units of room, we expecting atleast clear trash inside both of our room. But NOTHING done. Amenities not replenish, even mineral water were not replenish. There is no makeup room done.

Check out is at 12PM, we call to inform that will be late might be around 1:30PM after zohor prayer. And its chargable RM20 per room. Have no issue for paying the extra. The most funny thing is, we check out before 1:10PM. Late 10 min from check out time within 12PM. Late check out fees still apply. They supposed to hightlight that advisable to check out BEFORE 12PM.

When we raise the issue about no makeup room done during our stay by compesate us back by waive the late check out fees, that malay receptionist guy still ask us to pay for the late check out fees even late 10 min 😂.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at H Boutique Hotel Sri Petaling, and I must say, it was nothing short of a disappointment. My stay was marred by a slew of issues that left me thoroughly unsatisfied.

First and foremost, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. It seemed as though the housekeeping staff hadn't touched it in weeks. There was dust everywhere. Speaking of the bed, it was incredibly uncomfortable. The bedstead! It was yet another source of discomfort during my stay. The edges of the bedstead were so sharp and hard that I ended up hurting myself several times, just trying to get in and out of bed.

Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of my stay was the complete lack of sound insulation in the room. I could hear every little noise from the hallway, adjacent rooms, and even the street outside. It made for a very restless and noisy night, and I felt like I had zero privacy.

Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at H Boutique Hotel Sri Petaling. The dirty room, uncomfortable bed, poor facilities, and lack of sound insulation made my stay a regrettable one. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a different hotel for...

Booked a window room for 2 nights, the room provided with a broken window room, smelly of the cook of restaurants in the room for whole night, asked for changing room for the first day, no room for change, ended up stay in the smelly room for a night. Requested to change room the next day, reception gave me the key of room asked me to have a look on the room first before move. Unfortunately the room provided was in bad condition, washroom is totally dirty to the max! Like did not even clean before! Told the reception of the cleanness of the washroom, no respond from their side! They did aware the complain of the cleanness of washroom but no action taken! Went to reception to request to have another room, the third also the same problem! Window wasn’t able to close, the whole room is smelly! Inconvenience parking, park in front of the hotel (is not the proper parking lot).
