I've visited this restaurant twice now, and both times have been nothing short of delightful. The flavors of literally any dish you have are rich, comforting, and beautifully made with love.
First Visit: We tried the Saltah and Chicken Shawarma — the Saltah was a standout, bubbling hot and deep, earthy flavors. Was honestly the reason we decided to come back another time.
The Chicken Shawarma was well-spiced, juicy, and paired nicely with their sauces. For dessert, the Honey Kunafa was a golden, crunchy, syrupy dream. Not my first time trying Kunafa but this had just the right amount of cheese and sweetness to it. We ended the meal with Masala Tea pot, which added a nice warm, spiced hug to finish everything with.
Second Visit: We decided to try something different and went for the Chicken Haneeth and Beef Fahsa. The Chicken Haneeth was incredibly tender, falling off the bone (quite literally) and perfectly seasoned. The Beef Fahsa had that rich, slow-cooked depth to it, best enjoyed with the fresh bread they serve. This time we had Adani Tea, and it was beautifully aromatic, a perfect end to a hearty meal. Couldn't get dessert from how full we were. 🫡
The ambiance is cozy, they don't have fans here but it's air conditioned lightly. The service was friendly both times, and the staff are happy to explain the dishes if you're unfamiliar. Came both times with the boyfriend and I'm glad they recognised us from the first time we came and continuously complimented their chef. God bless 💜 Will be back for more!
Definitely a gem for anyone wanting to explore Middle Eastern cuisine, and I’ll be back again soon — probably for more of...
Read moreMy first time here. Had mixed shawarma (chicken & beef), a side of fries and chocolate kunafa for dessert..Enjoyed everything I had! 😋👍🏼 I'm so grateful this Restaurant is closeby my home so I can have shawarma often! 🤩 Service was good too, from a guy dressed in black long-sleeved shirt, did not manage to get his name. Think he may be the Supervisor..Looks good, neat, speaks smoothly and excellent assistance from him! 💯 The signature spicy sauce is solid, very spicy so I enjoyed it bit by bit with my shawarma and fries..Fries are better than the ones in fast food Restaurants here, I even told the Supervisor that! Ordered a 2nd mixed shawarma because 1 just wasn't enough for me..😅 The chocolate kunafa is fresh and delicious, so worth it 😋👍🏼👌🏼For my drink, I ordered 2 Barbican Apple which was refreshing especially after enjoying the spicy sauce with my shawarma and fries. Thank you for the delicious meal that's also reasonably priced, dear Shafi Restaurant team 🙏🏼 I truly appreciate it and will certainly return to dine-in and/or takeaway! I take this opportunity to wish you the very best dear Shafi...

Atmosphere: 4.25🌟 The place looks good, new, clean and nicely decorated. The chairs and tables are very comfy. Unfortunately it feels a bit hot and stuffy inside as there's no fan at all and they only open 1 Air Conditioner, which is fine if there's only 1-2 people.
Service: 4🌟 Good service from the cleaner. Head Waiter could use some improvement though. The menu has some nice descriptions for the food that is helpful for customers that may not be used to such cuisine often.
Food: Arabic Platter (Double) 3.25🌟 Fries 3.25🌟, Shawarma 3.25🌟 Plating is quite good and clean. Choosed the chicken oneand it is quite dry so need to dip into the garlic sauce. The chili sauce is different so I assume its not local ones and its okay. Portion is a bit small unless you are a small eater, 1 Sharwarma may not be enough. There's no pickle (not that i want it) as per the menu. Priced at Rm 25
Drinks: Vimto Juice 2.5🌟 Apparently its similar to Sirap, feels like drinking cough syrup....
