KFC Wangsa Maju — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

21/12/2021 Last visit during lunch time very fast but now visit at 5pm something and chickens habis need to wait for 25 minustes… #WhenFastFoodBecameNotFast

Staff is friendly. The services consider fast as even just one staff at the counter who take the order and pack the order as well, I manage to get my order about 15 minutes including the waiting time (2 customers queing in front of me)… the bad things are the food are not warm enough and a bit dry…

The size of the original recipe chicken is very small especially the drumstick, and I got 2 tiny drumsticks...

I got Food Poison from Zinger Burger! The Chicken is uncooked properly and bottom bread is still as hard as rock.

I continued eating until my sister noticed while I putting the burger down that the chicken was still pink. I didnt notice because the chicken was warm and didnt mind.

We return the burger and the manager looked at it and instruct the staff to replace for another one. But never apologies or communicate to us directly, she didnt care. We refused the offer and decided to leave, only then the manager said sorry. Was not properly handled as a customer service.

That night, I did not feel good at all and puke out. Was a bad day for me due to Zinger Burger.

This KFC you will need to be cautious with what you order as the staff seems to not been properly...

This KFC must put customer need first.Your manager can not simply choose fried chicken parts to her likings.I ordered 2 set dinner plate.Six of the chicken parts served was 3 drumstick and 2 thigh and 1 rib.I rejected and was told to wait 10 mins.I thought all the chicken parts will be served evenly.(wings,breast,thigh,drumstick,rib)But I did not know chicken parts were running short until I was told to wait 10 mins.You as a manager must take the initiative to inform customer that you are running short of chicken parts so will the existing chicken parts is acceptable.But you did not do that.Pls improve your service.This KFC outlet...
