24th May, Saturday night. Ordered caramel macchiato decaf - 1. Took more than 20mins to prepare. Initially I was okay because I can see some earlier than me did not received their orders yet. After more than 20mins waiting, I checked those who before me, received their orders. I saw few people after me or just arrived to the shop less than 10-15mins received their orders, I went to the counter. Actually they did not prepare my drink at all. They skipped my order maybe because they needed to brew the decaf kot, Idk. And the workers, one lady and one gentleman there were so unprofessional. The lady did make annoyed face and the gentleman who I ordered the drink did not say sorry at all. Hello, your shop name pun got COFFEE if malas buat COFFEE or be the barista, do not work here or else, you buat orang nak minum tak datang sini. Do the order orderly lah. Not choose by mana yang senang buat, you buat dulu. About the taste, I know this is not the usual taste of CBTL punya Caramel Macchiato. Not sure memang the barista (guy) tak reti buat air or I dah annoyed so it did not taste good (cair, tak rasa the coffee sangat) or he pun annoyed I was standing there to see him prepared my drink, so acuh tak acuh je buat. I always had a wonderful time dining and having my tea here. Unfortunately, yesterday while I was seating and minding my own business, there was a guy (lookd like imigrant from India) came in. Simply just seat two table beside me. I thought he is gonna make an order later. However, he didnt until he went out from the cafe after about 1 1/2 hour later. Just seating there pretending to type on his mobile. All the while I was obeserving him, as the person went to make her order and left her laptop and belongings, that guy was eyeing her items. So scary 😱

I look at him directly in the eye, saying like dont you dare coz im watching you. Even that lady who at that time was queueing at the counter looks back at table and things. I think she kind felt that guy was weird too.

Please staff of CBTL, do be aware from people vs customer. You cant be having random people coming in and making your customer feel uncomfortable. From time to time you gotta make a round and check if they are buying anything or just seating for free. If not, it is no longer a safe place for your customer. My...
