KFC — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I went over to KFC Desa Pandan for dinner. They were queues and only 1 counter was open. This we understand because there was shortage of staff.

But what cannot tolerate was, there was cat inside this outlet loitering on the floor and later jumped up to the counter where the staff was serving the customers . This is really very disgusting and not acceptable at all. I have the video proof of it. This is utterly ridiculous.

No hygiene at all. Worst thing was a staff took the cat and let it out of the outlet and went inside the counter took bag to clear the garbage bin. Actually, before going back to the inner place, he should have washed his hands.

People are watching and this is very disgusting to watch, all this happening in front of our eye's.

Please check this outlet CCTV for more information and take corrective action.

Hi, Few days back my husband was craving for evening fried chicken and went to KFC Desa Pandan. It was good. I liked the way they were taking orders. Only around 10 people were allowed into the KFC and rest were lined up with social distance outside the entrance door. There was a table placed outside the entrance door and the Home delivery food packages were kept on it. I could see the food delivery guys come once in a while, check the next orders to carry and take them to drop accordingly. Very well organized in my opinion but it would be nice if the food on the table stays in some kind of warm box till it was picked up so the food reaches the customers warm. There was new item in the menu, French fries topped with cereals and cheese. It was good to give one try too. Hope this info will help atleast few people. Stay safe...

Just want to share, I've been to this kfc outlet since i was a kid and today i went there again after i got extra kfc voucher. Since i need to redeem the voucher, i need to order thru the counter and thankfully the staff (named Ramli if im not mistaken) were really responsive and helped me order the food. Idk maybe because I used to get moody vibe from other outlet, so this kind of positive gesture really do impress me so much and help those who felt confused on how to order. We got the order ready by only less than 10 mins and he even crosscheck the order and added extra (a lot) of chilli sauce
