ZUS Desa Pandan really needs to improve the quality of their drinks because it is not a few times i ordered from this outlet since it is nearest to my house. The drinks is very diluted in terms of taste and also based on the appearances you can tell. Especially for green tea and matcha. I provide comparison of the same drinks from diff outlet and IOI City Mall have better appearance and better taste too. In Desa Pandan outlet, not only the look tells that it is not good, but also the taste. Most of the time the taste is not strong, diluted or we call it ā€˜ceroiā€™ in Malay term. Hopefully this outlet can improve, i review this not to criticise but as a huge supporter and loyal customer of ZUS I donā€™t want to be dissappointed anymore because everytime i ordered, mostly I will be dissapointed. Please please please improve, thank you.

I ordered 2 times from this branch.. and 2 times got my order wrong. Accuracy 0%

the first one, no sugar at all despite I was ordering normal sugar. The second one, completly wrong coffee, sent other people coffee to mine. The chocolate roll is not crunchy compare to othe branch i have ever order.

I ordered from several branch but this never happenes. Only at this branch. 1 time, is fine. I give another chance, still wrong and even completly wrong.

The customer service is not responsive to report wrong order. So you should have send the correct order at the first place. Now is 1pm and I still waiting for the customer service to respond. While I ordered my coffee on 7.30am.

will never order from this...
