KFC — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Bought the Fiery Golden Egg Burger Box Meal + couple more items as show in the app. Upon arrival, staff mentioned that box meal is unavailable, asked permission to change to Zinger set. I asked whether the price is the same, she hesitantly said yes. However, not to prolong the hunger, nodded as agreement.

Once done, took the meal home. Surprisingly, I expected only the burger to be exchanged, but staff changed the whole set. What I received was a completely different set without the expected chicken and coleslaw.

Investigate the price afterwards, cheese zinger set is RM1 less than the fiery box meal. So actually, I've just paid an extra ringgit for fewer items.

Haha this unprofessionally rempit behaviour just made me hate KFC even more. Just go to mamak Rasmeena corner lot there better price and...

This was my first visit to your establishment, and unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. Although the food I ordered was eventually given to me, it was not provided at first despite having already paid. When I raised this issue with the staff, they ignored me and behaved in an arrogant and discourteous manner. This attitude was highly unprofessional and left a very negative impression.

Even though the missing food was later provided, the poor service and lack of basic courtesy had already ruined the dining experience. Such behavior is unacceptable in the service industry. The preparations of the food was very slow. Its just 2 sets of chicken meal and fries. Took the employee forever to prepare the sets. And she seemed to be confuse, and checked twice on my order.

And since was late, we ate downstairs. Thr was 2 guys, one wearing KFC uniform (maybe off duty) siting and playing handpone game and being so loud. They were not eating. But excitely "scolding" each other with beautiful choice of words. I was very annoyed with the service and the environment. Manager was ard, but doesnt seem to take any action. Busy entertaining her own family eating here. My last time coming back here.
