It's a small shop. Meant to buy takeaway, I guess. But lots of customers, so really long queue. Especially when there's only 1 person at the counter who does the order taking, making the beverages and serving. Really respect the female staff who were hard at work, even at the end of her shift, slaving with non-stop orders coming in, and still managed to smile when she took my orders and served my drinks. The owner of the shop is called 25 Billion Empire (pay QR & will see the name), but what a joke if you gonna make 1 person slave work at such a crazy rate. Other joints have at least 3 staff members behind the counter, but yours only have 1 overwork young lady, that is slavery. And because of that, I will not come back to this store because I can not tolerate inconsiderate owners. Well, I hope the worker gets paid at least RM 9K if you gonna make her do a 3 person job. The coffees & strawberry milkshake frappe are as good as other joints, so she's definitely does her duties under all that...

I really love your drinks! As a Shopee user, I hope you can enable the pick-up option in your app — it would be so much more convenient.

Air sedap tp service teruk nak mampos.. since i masuk kopi saigon i tanya dulu die buka lagi ke? Then die tanya nak order air ape?i ckp kopi vanilla dgn hot choc.. die ckp hot choc xde yg ade ais sahaja.. so i decide nak kopi vanilla dan chocolate frape..bill i keluar jam 9.59 pm on 4sept . i tahu kedai ttp pukul 10pm thats why i tanya buka lagi ke masa i bukak pintu kedai.. dia yg ambil order terus.. selepas bill i kluar that girl buat air i dengan menghempas semua benda yg die pgang.. pls check your cctv n view.. keadaan tu membuatkan i tidak selesa utk membeli lagi!! Pdahal hampir setiap mggu i beli kopi tu bfore this dekat kedai u!
