Celebrated a birthday here last Wednesday. So annoyed with this restaurant. The staff keep mispronouncing "steak"; it is annoying to hear. Ordered sides of Calamari Squid, served with bland tartar sauce? And it came last—what's the point of it being a side/appetizer? Also, "refrashing" in the menu's title—do you guys not have any proofreader? Their waiters are incompetent, serving the dishes only to the table, not to the recipient. So we have to play a guessing game which one is what, since we ordered different rarity of the doneness. And it turns out, all are the same doneness: rubbery.
All outside tables are wobbly. So we had to go inside just for the sake of a better, stable table. Menu was weird, they had 2 different menu title for the same exact dish - fish and chips and Dory's Tempura? LOL.
Last I came here was 2 years ago, and I decided to give it a chance again; still does not improve. They only accept cash and QR, and it is 2025—how does one do business without a merchant terminal? Sniff sniff, I smell money laundering. I asked for the WiFi password because my internet was a little slow... "Nah, sorry, it's for employees only." What the heck? No terminal, no WiFi? When I was paying, QR MAE/CIMB was down, so I had to do a bank transfer, and they insisted on taking pictures of my phone as proof, which I am very deeply uncomfortable with.
Price is reasonably cheap, but I regret not going for a higher end restaurant or something. At the very least, it would be more accommodating, unlike Permaisuri's Polperro. Polperro's Group my ass, get a terminal first. Terrible restaurant, would give 0/5...

Food and drinks Expensive for something that is tasteless.
Staff A lot of their staffs are on floor section but they seemed to mind more of their business than the customers. Too much talking to each other than focus on the customers. Which is rude. They didn't seem to work as a team while there are only 1 or 2 staff only doin all the hard work and others too busy talking. Very poor management. You pay for service charge but you'll get bad service.
Menu (Online) Almost 30% what are on the menu are not available. Limited options for what to order such as Hot Sky Juice, where is cold sky juice? Need to order some more extra ice from the waiter which is quite funny..
My advice
Management team really need to do something about your staffs. Study them by the record of your restaurant cctv system.
Improve your food and drinks quality.
Staffs please understand your job scope and remember that you are in working environment already. Improve your attitude and way of working.

I contact and asking if there's a need a reservation. At first they said no reservations and only walk in but that time is around weekend and end of month, so i expect its gonna be very pack. Luckily, they accept my request and i truly appreciate.
To the owner/management, in the future I recommend that you guys asking for booking fee as its secure the deal and tbh its ease for anyone that coming in large number of people. The booking fee deposit can be deducted from the total bill. For me, thats fine.
The food is by far quite good. Its basically worth the price. Unfortunately, the drinks kinda too sweet for me. They do ask if want to reduce sugar but i didn't expect its gonna be that sweet. Either way, the taste is refreshing.
The staff is very attentive and quite polite, but i wonder why they allow the streetfood seller come inside.
This place only accept cashless via QR code or bank transfer. For cash, I'm not sure but i guess...
