Queen City Steamboat And Grill — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I decided to try a small new steamboat restaurant in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Cheras. We were greeted by friendly server in the restaurant who promptly assist us to the table. I booked a day before we came & requested them for a large space at the entrance because I have an infant, 2 kids and 4 adults, and the server said the table at the entrance reserved by other family and they gave us table at the back with unlimited space to out and get a food. But I can say this the best cafe for a family who like to do a gathering & makan2.

Service : Very fast and efficient.

Food : The seafood and vegetables was fresh. Tomyam and chicken soup tastes so good, especially their sauce all tastes so good 🤤

Waiter : Their waiter was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the menu, they made great recommendations. They also checked on us throughout the meal to make sure we had everything we needed. So kind of them ❤️

Value of money : Very reasonable especially for a big family.

Cleanliness : Food utensils very clean and no stains! Just a table and baby chair a bit dirty and oily, luckily I bring my wet tissue and sanitizer everywhere. And there’s a bunch of unused items behind my chair makes me difficult to go out. Please manage properly for the unused item, do not place it behind the customer chair, it looks unorganized!

Suggestion : Please add on hot drinks such as coffee or tea.

Really love it to had stemboat in here. Price also cheap for me and sea food also fresh to eat. You can stay as longer you want not more than 2 hours and you will be charge around RM 5 per 100gm for balance food you didnt finished. I'm also love to eat lamb chop. They use good ingredient and that taste so good. You will never regret try this restaurant because they have good staff who will be enjoyed helping you and overall thing about taste of food and drink, never make you down. I also feel want to come again because have a cheap price in kl, having good staff, good enviroment to celebrating any occation and taste of food and drink superb. Im sorry, but paying Rm 39.9 for buffet steamboat is not worth it. The beef was good but not worth it. The tom yam was too watery, and it just didn't taste like Tom Yam. My fiance had an asthma attack right after eating it.

The drinks were not bad. Fries was cold and soggy Roti john was cooked earlier and left out for a long time The noode is not bad

Inside of the restaurant was burning hot even though it was raining.

Cockroachs was crawling under the table.

All the staff was sitting at the table smoking.

To conclude, the food is not bad but i will think twice...
