Luckily we did choose the right restaurant for our lunch. This thanks to their service crew, if they did not try to call us while we looking at another restaurant menu.we won't be here explore their food. Overall is good.we did not try the coffee cos need to went 2nd round at another restaurant. Restaurant: 4* clean, quite & comfortable. Food. : 4* there are rooms to improve. breakfast portion quite big & yummy but hotdog look a bit ugly . they forget serve us butter walnut salad delicious wagyu beef meatball too yummy & feel not enough. cos only 6 pices -squid ink pasta . we love it as not many restaurant have Good chef to cook this dish ** like their food presentation-beatiful Service. : 5* Tip-top. I stopped by this restaurant as a walk in customer . All I wanted is to stop by to have a drink and some light food after running some errands . Place is neat and classy . Little that I knew that I was about to have an interesting culinary experience. After opting for the lobster salad and a glass of wine. My taste buds kept on asking for more . I was not so hungry but I was interested in the CHefs work. So I had a foie gras which was perfectly cooked ( very hard to achieve usually ) As a solo customer both the waiter and manager approached me to have a chat ( I guess to keep me company ) which was very nice and considerate . Staff was attentive, and the service was good. The Fungi Bruschetta was lovely as a starter. The Roasted Spring Chicken, portion-wise was good, but was in dire need of an accompanying sauce as it was a bit bland and had to be helped with tobacco sauce. The Wagyu Burger got two thumbs up ("best burger ever") BUT the dish was let down by the rather sad looking shoestring fries. From older pictures the dish came with sweet potato fries, which would have been SO much better. The affogato came pre-mixed (minus points for that) and the chocolate tart came in a very hard almost unbreakable shell (crumble is not the word that comes to mind) and there were no berries either or any apologies for lack thereof. May come back if they bring back the sweet...
