This is the kind of coffee shop that you come to get work done. I've been here a few times recently and I notice the vibe is very co-working vibe.
Most people will be with their laptops, papers, and strong coffee on the side. I don't think coming here for social purposes will be enjoyable unless you and your friends want to have business/work meetup. This place has good wifi and plug points at most seating areas upstairs.
The access to the bathroom mall is on the second floor. It was near but if you came here alone, you might feel anxious to leave your precious Macbook unattended. I suggest they install more CCTVs for safety purposes.
As for the coffee and food, the coffee was good. I love that when I asked for cortado (turns out not very popular in Malaysia), they said they could make it for me despite it not being on the menu. For that, I appreciate them. Tried double ristretto cappucino and piccolo. All were great!
As for the food, I've tried a few but I don't think anything stands out. They should improve the food:
Steak Rajang Sandwich: 3/5 (too salty) Baba Ganoush : 4/5 (good but the spices are too much and not Middle Eastern style, it was more Indian style) Banana bread: 1/5 (not good at all)
In terms of service, the waiter and waitress are polite, but they wouldn't be conversing with you that much, maybe because most people are in work mode and don't wanna be disturbed.
Overall, I would totally recommend this coffee shop for digital nomads...
Read moreWent over there and had terrible experience:
Asked a table for 8 persons and the staff informed no seats available indoor, and keep pushing to seat outside without even checking 2nd floor had 2 empty big tables. I asked the staff to look at 2nd floor, and being advised to come back later instead.
Ordered 3 drinks through their self-service qr code, and after 1 HOUR, only 1 was served. When asked where were the other drinks, the staff kept insisting I only ordered 1 drink and what I told them was wrong. They clearly said it out loud like wanting to make me look like a karen in front of other customers. I asked them to go check through their system and they couldnt find it, thus they kept telling me âNo, you only ordered 1 drinkâ. When I told them which drink do they have that cost RM 35+ and where my money went after showing my payment proof, then only they were shocked and asked me to find the receipt from the email. Thatâs when they realized and I did order 3 drinks.
They just simply said âOh sorryâ after making me feel like a difficult customer and gave us free cake as an apology. They really need to train their staff more to have manner to at least CHECK THOROUGHLY before making any assumptions.
I brought my friends over here to recommend their coffees because their drinks were good before. But will I go back after this?...

We wanted to hangout in a group of 6, but at the moment there were no table for 6. Only 4 and 2. They did not want to accomodate us, and if we want to use the table of 4, they said you can but take the chair and tables yourself.
When I came a lot of people came to study and use laptop. Itâs more accomodating for students.
Not a coffee lover, but my friend said the coffee Black Suit was really good! In fact thatâs the only good thing about this cafe.
Ngl, the atmosphere is realy nice to work/study. But the food is mediocre.
We ordered almost all the pasta but the taste was not up to standard.
My friend couldnt even eat the shrimp pasta. We opted for without wine.
The pasta that was good are the pesto, mutton curry and crab something2. But we would only rate them 3/5. Itâs not something we would want to return to and eat again.
But the shrimp pasta taste like ocean/seafood. Doesnt taste fresh, you still taste the saltiness and smell of seafood. It was just so bad.
Other than that, the carrot cake and truffle fries were good. Others, no! Dont have to come here...
