Hi. Tonight (1/1/2023, 11.20pm), I came at the drive thru & use the McD Promotion for Prosperity Burger & Rewards for Sundae Cone during my order. The cashier did not comment anything about it. I paid and proceed to wait for my order. When I said I have yet to receive my Sundae Cone, I showed them my receipt. As I realized that my Sundae Cone was not on my receipt, I queried them. Then, the cashier came & ask the help from the senior (I guess). The senior came and told me that for every order, only one code can be claimed, either one Promotion code or Rewards code. BUT I WASN'T TOLD BY CASHIER FOR THIS. AND HE LITERALY DIDN'T COMMENT ANYTHING ABOUT IT! They just said sorry and I understand because it is only a Sundae Cone. But it is the food I was craving to have. AND WHY THE CASHIER DIDN'T TOLD ME ABOUT THE LIMITED CODE THAT CAN BE CLAIMED??? EVEN WORSE, MY 500 POINTS WAS BEING DEDUCTED! AND I DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVED THE SUNDAE CONE. I WANT MY 500 POINTS BACK! Please I was so angry as I didn't even being told about it by the cashier, then I didn't even receive my Sundae Cone despite my 500 reward points was being deducted. I went to the Kepong McDonald’s yesterday and it was the WORST experience ever. We sat down, scanned the QR code from the table, and placed our order. Then we waited… and waited… more than 1 HOUR with no food.
When we finally went to ask the staff, they casually said our order was “still preparing.” We waited again, still nothing. Only after asking a second time did they finally check properly — and guess what? Our order was somehow sent all the way to McDonald’s Sentul (about 20 minutes away!). How does that even make sense when we scanned the QR code directly from the Kepong table??
The staff were completely unhelpful, and instead of solving the problem, they even suggested we go to the Sentul branch to get our food. Absolutely ridiculous. Only when we kept pushing did they finally acknowledge the mistake.
This is beyond unacceptable. Such poor system management and careless customer service should not happen at an international brand like McDonald’s. Zero stars if I could give it. McDonald’s needs to do...

I said my order several times. the burger was all steamed and leaking. I asked to change the burger. the guy pretended to change the burger only he changed the bag because the burger was like that and fell apart. I understood this and said where is the other burger that was changed he went to pretend that he was changing and just left. then he brought me a new one says okay go. then I wanted to cancel the order some arrogant adult woman came and spoke as if I was stupid and laughed at me with another woman. they wanted to give me a bunch of 5 cent coins although I gave them bills. I wanted to write a complaint brought some paper and said write here (it's funny) I said better I'll write on the Internet. terrible attitude and they make an order all faces are sweaty. it's better to avoid such a place and such people. in the photo is that woman No wonder they have a bad rating...
