My experiences.. Different times of different days..When a guy is stationed to greet incoming customers,,it is pleasant and cool..But when a lady greets customers,,it seems that gals are quite impatient and will direct the would be customers to scan,,to take body temperature,,to wear mask and if that person has already scanned outside before entering the outlet,,this gal demanded to have a look at the My Sejahtera apps..And when shown to her,, it doesn't ends there but she wanted to go further and see whether the customer is okay according to the rules set..All these happened together with her telling the would be customers to take body temperature and also use the hand sanitizer.. Just imagine the customer's feeling..As if we are entering a sensitive location in Pentagon. All this harassment will make the customers feel kinda awkward.. wherein other places it is not that tough just to eat..And the irony is,, the crews are all mingling and working without adhering to the social distancing rules/law.. Or maybe I have a look that is asking for a hard time..or just it's not my day.. And 1 more thing..When a grown-up bought a Happy Meal,,the crew should have ask if I would like the toy for a boy or a girl.. Don't assume as though you guys knew all..Or you guys will choose for us..and we don't have a choice..The toys is a great deal..For a boy or for a girl.. These things matters..Imagine bringing home a pink colour gurly smurf to my son.. That's why he gave me the look plus rolling eyes...😂😂😂.. Read moreWent into this outlet on a Monday late afternoon around 4pm. Upon ordering went to the counter to pay and also inform the staff to provide tomato ketchup and reduce the ice in my drink. Staff acknowledged. Headed upstairs (no seating available downstairs) to wait for my food. The moment I got into the upper floor, the stench of the toilet filled the whole eating area. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was not functioning. When the food arrived, there was no tomato ketchup and also no BBQ sauce for nuggets. Drink was filled with ice cubes. Asked the staff/waiter to explain. His excuse was "sorry, kita staff temporary. Kita tidak tahu procedure di sini". Asked the staff to get the supervisor. After waiting for another 10mins, no one showed up. Went downstairs with my food and drinks (untouched). When I got to the cashier counter, I found the supervisor talking stories with other staff. Since he was the one who accepted my payment and instructions, I asked for an explanation. He just avoided my question. Demanded for a refund and walked out of this...

In some cases, I did lodge complaints with their staff. The last one, I did receive the replacement item. However, this does not change my overall terrible experience.
