Arrived at oug merchant 10.03an. Placed grocery we just bought in table and the store manager said the table not cleaned. He brought table cloth and try to clean the table while we were waiting at the side and he asked us go to nyonya corner table wait there. First time dine in, soup was tasteless, no fish, no salt, no milk taste too. Fried fish is overly salted so it taste more like fish and chips. Portion alittle small for the price, environment kind of warm only rely on the fan at the far corner. Sadly, won’t be coming back even though I am a frequent shopper of the Food Merchant.

I am frequent Mr Fish customer. Soup is so tasty and enriching for the soul, I drink until last drop. I always get no. 108 St Peter Fried Fish Fillet and Fish Paste. Love the fried fish batter, very delicious. Tried the lemon jelly drink once and it’s great, not too sweet 👍

This outlet just as good as others. Service staff always friendly and giving good service. Recently renovated and expanded to have seating area. My only problem is I can’t use my Mr Fish VIP membership here! It is still convenient as I drop by here to do groceries and buy milk. 👍 wish they open 1 outlet closer...

The service at the counter was disappointing. The Chinese girl taking my order seemed lifeless, as if she didn't want to be there or was forced to work against her will. It felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. A little basic human decency while serving customers would go a long way in improving the experience.

To the management: please train your staff to provide better customer service and not to assume that every Chinese customer speaks Chinese. I clearly communicated in English, yet this was ignored. A more inclusive and professional approach would be greatly...
