Nando's • ÆON AU2 — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Lack of staff. No greetings. Find ur own seat. Need to call the waiter many times to order. Did highlighted to the staff, the coleslaw smells like stale. He said, thats normal. Hah.. Thats funny. Its not my 1st time visiting to Nandos. I requested to change to grilled vege and guess what, they sent me another wedges, which i already have. So annoyed, i dont feel like eating anymore. At about 930pm,i can see they gather at the kitchen (the manager) start tapau already. I dont mind and i do understood the tapau2 kind of thingy, but Hello, ur customer is still there. We've been waiting for 'someone' to come and assist us for a refill. At this outlet, they didnt provide the water machine(i dont know what they call it) for customer to refill on their own. The machine is behind the counter, so the staff need to fill up for us. End up, i need to get up and go to the counter and waited for them to refill. Not even an appology. My 2nd bad experience with this...

The service sucks, no customer service at all..... Apps also sucks..already add to cart and when want to check out few times did not go thru..when asked by staff said it happens to other customers as well..wow 😲 Then tried to check out it went through, the cashier asked us to pay. Once paid, then the staff asked again wether we checked out or not.. what the!!!!🤬 We told her if we have checked out how can we paid just now....adoiila Then asked us to repeat what we ordered because they could not see what we ordered on their machine..was it our problem?😤

Come on laaa.. people come to eat Nando's because of the food...but if treated like this I think you all will close down soon ..

Another thing your hand wash area is so dirty..I was looking wether were there any roaches or not..but yet made me feel like disgusted even I've washed my hands there...euww

Seriously I will not come again here, what a shame.. bye...

Super duper slow service ! Waited 35mins then only knew they didn't know I did my order online? They got 4 customers only at that time including my family!!! And why the hell they made up online order if they couldn't trace it !!! Very lazy staffs, always avoid eye contact, need to call them many times till they came to me. Poor service, it's lucky they don't put negative star here. And what's wrong with upper management ? So many bad reviews but no action taken. Harga kayangan with poor service..so not worth it !!!

Edited part: I asked for refund since they would only start preparing my order after I brought up the issue to the person in charge at the counter. Please check with the manager there regarding update of my...
