Tried the beef pho a few days after the cafe first opened, because I recognised the franchise from Vietnam.

Drinks are good — as expected of a Napoly franchise.

For the pho: Amount of beef slices are generous and just the right doneness. Other aspects mostly just decent. Beef broth is above average, but I expected a Vietnamese brand to have more depth of flavour.

Herbs served in soup instead of on the side per convention means that the basil leaves etc are soggier quicker through the meal — would've preferred it separate to keep them fresh.

Hoisin and chilli sauce were squirted onto the beef slices, which makes it hard to dip the following slices as you eat the noodles. It's better if it's served separately on small plates for dipping so it's easier to eat.

My main gripe would be the rice vermicelli — it is slippery and hard to grip with the provided steel utensils. Other pho places have noodles that have more bite and are more tender. Prices for food are okay now because of the promotion, but would be a bit steep once business as usual resumes.

Banh mi were not available at the time when I went but seeing other good reviews, may give it a try.

The service is great, with accommodating and friendly waiters and owners who try to help you get comfortable as much as possible.

For the proprietor: the seating ergonomics are not great especially for eating noodles or anything that requires a comfortable table and seat height.

The bar seating helped marginally but other low seating except the big table opposite the counter are uncomfortable. It's probably good for folks who just want to drink or to eat something lighter and easier to hold like banh mi, but not feasible for other dishes.

Beyond the uncomfortable seating, I would return to try other food like the banh mi but maybe to take away instead to support the...

Came here countless times for lunch and dinner. Satisfied every single time. -They have plugs for laptops and free wifi too! -Oh! Their service was amazing. Free and refillable iced/warm tea. The staff was attentive. Each of our visits, they never fail to help refill our iced/warm tea. We came very often, they automatically served warm tea to my husband instead of iced. Thank you so much!

Love their tasty Banh mi beef piper lolot and Banh mi stir fried beef.

Noodle daging lembu pedas is just comforting.Definitely a winner!! Hopefully they can increase the portion a bit more.

Beef piper lolot vermicelli is as good and fulfilling. Maybe can add a couple more beef piper lolot to compensate the amount of the vermicelli

::Drinks:: -Their egg coffee is dope! -Classic milk tea is a MUST try, same goes with their peach drink. Yumss! -Unfortunately iced milk coffee, white coffee and salt coffee were average. -Iced blended coconut coffee was not bad,it has bits of coconut roasted flakes. -Matcha milk tea was nice! Strong matcha taste.

For the drinks, do request for lesser ice, otherwise the ice was too generous. Hehe.

All things considered. This is my go-to restaurant for a fresh taste and fulfilling meals. Definitely going back again and again.

-Acceptable washroom cleanliness. -One thing probably, the aircond needs to be fixed, can be slightly warm for a...

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A 5-Star for a Vietnamese Cafe in Malaysia!

I had an amazing experience with my Malaysian friends at this cafe, which offers a perfect blend of Vietnamese food, bubble tea, and a cozy atmosphere.

Ambiance: Warm and authentic, with traditional decor like lanterns and bamboo elements. Clean and comfortable for both relaxation and work. Food: Delicious and authentic Vietnamese dishes! The pho was flavorful with rich broth, the banh mi had a crispy crust with perfectly seasoned fillings, and the spring rolls were fresh and tasty. Drinks: Outstanding bubble tea (try the brown sugar milk tea!) and authentic Vietnamese coffee – strong, aromatic, and perfectly brewed. Service: Friendly, attentive staff and quick service. The owner is welcoming and happy to recommend dishes. Price: Reasonable and worth every penny for the quality and experience. Being Muslim-friendly makes this a great spot for everyone to enjoy authentic Vietnamese flavors with peace of mind. Highly...

After returning from Saigon just two weeks ago, I was craving authentic Vietnamese flavours and this cafe did not disappoint! I ordered the fried beef pho and salted coffee, while my husband had the beef pho and egg coffee. Every bite and sip took me right back to Vietnam. The pho was flavorful, with perfectly cooked beef and a broth that felt rich and aromatic. The fried beef pho added a delightful twist to the traditional dish. As for the coffee, absolutely to die for! The salted coffee was a harmonious balance of creamy, sweet, and salty flavors, while the egg coffee was indulgent and smooth, a must-try for anyone visiting the cafe. If you’re looking for an authentic Vietnamese dining experience, this cafe is a hidden gem. We’ll definitely be coming back!
