The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I recently visited the Coffee Bean outlet at Sentul Point, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service and overall experience.

Firstly, I appreciate the improvements in their operations. The efficiency and smoothness in handling orders were noticeable, making my visit a seamless and enjoyable one. The extended hours are also a huge plus, allowing customers like me to indulge in their favorite beverages at more convenient times.

The staff members were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about their menu offerings. They took the time to ensure that my order was exactly as I wanted, which added a personal touch to my visit.

The ambiance of the cafe was inviting and comfortable, providing a perfect setting for catching up with friends or simply enjoying a moment of relaxation.

Overall, I commend Coffee Bean at Sentul Point for their efforts in delivering an awesome experience to customers. I look forward to more visits and continued excellence from their team.

Quite sad, the new staffs aren't up to expectation. Ordered online at 8.45 indicated pickup at 9.15, I arrived 9.25, all parking lots assigned for scan and order were already parked by some car with no driver. Had to park quite far away, went in, no apology at first. Staff busy and slightly rude vibe.

Got my order eventually at 9.40. Food taste and feel is still all right as what you'd expect from Coffee Bean. Thing is I've been here before and their Scan & Order system is NEVER on time.

However, the team that was here before are kind, helpful and polite when I had dine-in. Please bring back the old team of staffs.

Manager Hafiz, I hope he is really good at managing back end operation, because he certainly is NOT GOOD at basic hospitality. Always make face, no smile.

Ordered brewed coffee and spanish latte. Spanish latte served, brewed coffee not served. Other customer come in, ordered green latte, received her drinks, walk away and guess what, my brewed coffee not yet served! Few minutes later, while one crew go inside, one cleaning, one more stand by cashier, they take a cup, pour in pre brewed coffee and hot water. I didn't know pouring pre made coffee takes longer than doing all other fancy...
