I ordered 2 drinks and it took them nearly 10-15mins to get it ready because my order "wasn't going through" or something like that? Also took them quite a while to operate the card scanner thing but to make the drinks it didn't take that long. I really recommend the signature brown sugar pearl milk tea, normal sugar, half ice. I find that lots of people taste the signature bang bang milk tea first but it's more expensive and less sweet than the one i recommend. Other than that, the environment is amazing and the staff are extremely kind

Do visit them for an excellent services.

Had a bad experience with this outlet. I was waiting too long (over 30mins) before receiving 1 cup of drink while others who ordered later then me already received their order. When asked the casher, she said because my ewallet payment didnt go through. She suppose to give me a receipt after the payment but asked me to wait first. However from my end, the payment has been deducted successfully. She didnt approach me at all before that to inform about the payment issue and i was...
