ZUS Coffee - Sentul Point Suites Apartment — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Went to buy 2 drinks Oatly Iced cocoa mocha and japanese matcha frappe as they are having promotion of every drink at RM 6.60. obviously cheap price will need to compromise the taste . Previously i had drink few of at this location, every time was great and satisfying. But this time, it wasn't. Cocoa mocha was ordered with less ice however i got a drink with normal ice (looked full cup of ice which i need to remove some myself). It just tasted normal which i could get at cheaper price elsewhere. Matcha frappe was even worse, it wasn't frappe, that looked like shredded ice instead (attached photo). Every sip was full with that shredded ice that i have to bit myself. And matcha frappe is supposed to be made with green tea per the ingredients when i ordered, however it tasted like genmai. They are different 😥. Probably the guy mixed up the ingredients. This time, was bad… i need to give second tought...

Website says closes at 10. Outlet door itself shows handwritten note 11pm. App closes at 9.40. Staff closes at 9.30 itself, with close sign display on door , not taking orders from walk in customers if u come at 9.30pm. So what is the actual closing time for this outlet!

Orders from app, queue system won't be updated in app. Won't say ready for pick up even though your drink is sitting at counter waiting to be picked up. The queue number itself not updated even after collection making it seem as though got so many orders, but there will be just one or two customer at outlet at that time .

Pastries option are greyed out in app sp you wont be able to order brekkie deal but When you walk in to outlet, all the pastries are there. I don't know whether the staff are doing this purposely or just out of pure laziness. Do this outlet even have...

1st and last .. very disappointed with the staff there .. iam zus lover , but I only buy at zus Wangsa Walk Mall because I working here.. the taste all same even every day I buy from there , but once I buy at this shop Zus Sentul Point , I ask for Velvet Creme Latte , NO SUGAR , but once I receive the coffee , totally got sugar syrup , I ask staff whether got sugar or not , they say no sugar , once u everyday drink the same coffee , u know every single the taste of coffee , after they change the coffee for me , the taste still not same at all !!!
