Bad service.

Came here to dine in with family. Took our seats. Nobody came to take the order. Noticed the signboard "self-service" at the cashier. Went to the cashier where food is only available there. There is no place to do self-service.

Bad hospitality.

Requested order to staff at the cashier. Was not entertained despite me being the only person at the cashier. Even when attended, I received the 'malas-nak-layan' face.

Bloody expensive for a very simple menu

Ordered 4 sets of nasi kak wok (rice + fried chicken chopped into small pieces + curry). Added 1 salted fish (ikan masin). Had teh-o-ais and water for the drinks. Total paid was a whopping RM47.50! One set of nasi kak wok is RM7.50 excluding any drinks, times 4 is RM30. Assuming the drinks are RM2.50 for the teh-o-ais and water, salted fish was RM15 and it was not even ikan masin kurau!!!

No plates served. They just want to cut the operating cost and man hours to do dishwashing.

Definitely not recommended...

Not as good as they used to be when they first opened, rice is not fluffy and the portion for the chicken really makes you want to order extra and it sometimes is overfried.

But the gravy (Gulai) is still good and it makes the dish (Nasi Kak Wok) Other than that, it's a decent place to grab a quick...
