Karyabhara Cafe @ Wangsa Maju — Restaurant in Putrajaya

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience really missed the mark. The biggest disappointment wasn’t even the food but it was the service. For a single order, the waiting time was far too long, and the staff didn’t seem attentive. When you compare it with other restaurants that are always packed yet still manage to deliver quickly with consistently good taste, the gap becomes obvious.

The pricing also doesn’t match the level of service or the quality of the food. As a paying customer, I left feeling shortchanged.

My humble advice: if this business wants to sustain itself, the owner really needs to focus on improving service. Ask yourself why you started this business in the first place. Good food may bring someone in once, but only good service will...

Went here in the morning, the cafe feels not ready to take in customer. The service are cold as if they don't prefer to serve anyone at this time. But that is still ok... The worse part is the food and drinks

Kopi: tasteless watery drinks. Same like those you got from gerai tepi jalan with hipster price

Lontong: pale lontong, as if they forgot to put kunyit. Taste is just so-so..

Soto: taste is ok, not much ingredient again with that price bracket.

Grilled lamb: they put a lot of spices into that grilled lamb but apparently they forgot about salt? It is quite fragrant but it isn't savoury at all

Environment ok la.. High ceiling. Is it instagramble? Maybe.. but there are a lot cafes nicer than this with better food.

Made reservation but was told to sit at the non-reserved area with table that can only fit few people (we were in large numbers). There are other tables, considerably larger but we weren't allowed to sit in it. The tables were left empty even until we finished and left (maybe there are genies sitting there since they can make reservations too). Despite the reservation, the food took too long to be served, too.

So I don't understand whats the point of reservation of you 1. Can't give us the table we need 2. Didn't prepare the food beforehand.

Foods was relatively okay, except the brownies /cake which tastes hard and stale, as it was from an old...
