NZ Curry House • Wangsa Maju — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

NZ is one of the nostalgic restaurants for me as I have been visiting this shop since I was in my tender age. Basically, this restaurant has two seating segments. One is inside the shop and another one is an extended area whereby you could see the view of Pizza Hut / KFC on the opposite road. This shop is always full and crowded and you have to fall in the queue for quite some time to pick your choices for nasi kandar as that’s their most signature dish. In my case, I was waiting in the queue for like more than 10 minutes. But you don’t have to assume this as some setback because I truly believe good things don’t come easy. Your wait will be worth while and their nasi kandar is one of the best in KL area. It’s always packed by good Samaritans from Wangsa Maju, Sri Rampai and Setiawangsa. Parking is not as issue at all as there is a vast compound for parking. Forget about the queue, drop by there and enjoy your best...

Normally My family & relatives would have our food (breakfast, lunch or dinner) here since this outlet is big with varieties of food choices (satay, roti canai, mee goreng, tanndori & the list goes on. The food served are good, well accepted & received by us. For our complains are taken seriously especially the satay used to be really delicious not over cooked & full of fats. Had complained yet to followup on this. Parking is ample, most if the tome free. Pls beef up security area since I notice lack of security. I observed this is also the "spot" for some to handout for long hrs according to the "waiter all men". Quality & delicious food comes with a pricey price tag. But reasonable compared to having at signature outlet. My honest feedback. P.S. Recommended since almost everybody comes here (many race & nation favour this place). Good...

The area itself is spacious, during hot weather it is still quite warm.

The food is typical mamak food but somehow their flavours of curry are getting bland. Their chicken is still good but I could say its getting better, the juiciness and the crispiness is on point.

Their system is quite well but I was abit confused because I ordered the other food online and went to queue for the nasi kandar. I got a payment card even when I told them my table number. When I went back to the table ahahha there was another card but the staff handled it properly by merging it into one card.

I could not say about the other food because if the curry is bland, i won't order anything else.
