Disappointed with the service this morning. I always get my breakfast here before work and they previously gave good service. I was about to order my breakfast and suddenly the lady staff asked me not to order because she said too many orders from customer. I told her that I order & pay first but come collect later. She said she knw but then suddenly changed her mind and asked me what I want to order after she noticed that Im unhappy already. I told her if she cant accept me order then I dont want to order and then she suddenly said I can order but have to wait. I then I said to her thats why I told her that I pay first and collect later and I didnt even rush her too.

Regardless your customer is staff or non staff, please treat all ur customer equally with oth customer. Busy or not busy, the management skill how to handle the situation must improve & please be more friendly &...

This is the worst O'Briens outlet I've ever visited. I'm a frequent patron of O'Briens in Bangsar South and if you compare the 2, the service here is way off. This outlet is managed by 2 ladies and both of them are not friendly and welcoming. Is as though, I owe them money type of service or I'm causing problem by ordering food from this outlet. The way she took my order and replied my questions really piss me off. To the management of O'Briens, you have been reading so many negative comments on this outlet and nothing has been improved. So, why still maintaining these type of workers? If both of them are not happy working here, JUST QUIT. We don't owe her a living. Will I visit this outlet again for my next Dr's appointment?...

Unfriendly staff. Only 2 people working. The malay lady need to take order, accept payment and prepare food 🤦‍♀️. On 26/9 I was here for my son’s follow up check up. We came here for breakfast. We ordered the pancake set. First, the lady told us no bananas. Then i asked whether is there any substitute, she say apple but they are out i”of apple too. But they still charge me the same price!!!! Alright…..then the pancake came. My son needed 1 more honey, so, i went and asked but omg!, they hv also ran out of honey!!!.
