Western Express — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Not recommended at all..since 2016 i going eat western express and tht time feel like the best western i ever had..in 2017 the price a bit higher but the food still delecious and good quality..today 8 oct 2018 it shocking me..i ordered like normally i choose it burger horshaw..it very disappointed bro..raw meat/fries uncook/no more crazy cheese/such a fail black pepper sause...i talking to myself (this is wht i paying 4 such quite expensive but the taste like a sh it)..when i asking the staff they say it normal..i knew tht tht girl she working in early 2017 but she say it normal like they serve since grand opening..i not coming again to spend such a horrible food..owner should take an action if not ur business...

Food is like mehh to me. I took zinger chicken budget, the flour is hard, fries is half cooked. Blackpepper sauce taste really sweet for some reason, not my preference. But looking at the price, i didnt have much expectation on it anyway.

Drinks are all sweet too, so sweet.

But what really gets me was the cashier attitude. We really feel unwelcome. Keep on side eyeing us for what. Aggressively snatching the order paper from your customer is soooo not professional. Dont work as a cashier if you wont want to deal with people. Simple as that.

The male worker is ok tho, he politely send our drinks without giving attitude.

Well, thats the first and the last...

Back in the end of 2017, the was somewhere great (at that time I willing to give 5 star) But now in September 2018, the fold quality drop, well....greatly that is. Start up with my drink, I dont think it was a genuine Milo (Nestle) even though they write there Milo tabur (Scattered Milo). For the main dish, I had the Neu York grill, it came out as aspected. But again the lamb seems/taste as it wad old stock, in other word, not suitable to be served. On the other hand, the black papper sauce is hard to eat (this one need no explanation). The only ok one was the service, whic is in a decent speed and ease of communication. And tye...
