They have many branches so, I rarely go to its main outlet in Kajang anymore. In addition, this outlet is near to home.

Plus, It is worth every ringgit! The server here is very friendly! I have been looking and visiting all satay joints available within KL area. And Sate Kajang Hj Samuri is truly one of the best. Great service and delicious satay and tasty sauce. Fresh ingredients, flavorful peanut sauce, and soft nasi himpit / ketupat.

I am always incredibly impressed by its thoughtful and friendly service! The young lady at the cashier stand was outstanding.

Exceptionally friendly and she took the time to consider my order and very patient with clients' requests. To be fair, everyone who works here is friendly.

With delicious and well marinated soft satay, huge portion, great peanut sauce, nice people and great service, I believe Satay Kajang Hj Samuri will remain in business for many many years to come

I ordered for 10 chicken satay and 5 beef satay. It took me 1 hour of waiting time. This is not Hari Raya season and still need to wait for one hour. After 45 minutes I asked why the order before me this got a lot???? I told them this is no t okay. Fret me not 15 minutes later the order arrived. The taste just normal satay not super excellent. The services staff all foreigners… even when you are dine-in also need to wait 40 minutes and more. I never been this mad in my life and this will be my last to buy from this outlet. 15 satays for 60 minutes? I can marinate and do it by myself la next time. Stupid management, the staffs also very slow motion, putting the trays in and out- no following orders. One more, my nasi impit also they forgot to put inside my order. Sate kajang operation manager seems to be sabotaging the restaurant itself. With poor operations management, I can foresee people will not come to dine in the restaurant anymore.

The restaurant has become sate pick up point. Mostly everyone just order via phone and come pick it up hours later. All walk in customers will be discouraged with the 1.5 hours waiting time for the sate and will walk out before they even order.

It used to be happening place and can catered full house patrons in a very timely manner. I went there years ago with a bus full of hungry people and we left happy.

Now they should have just close the dining area and focus on delivery and phone order since everyone else so frustrated with...
