FOOD: The food is okay, your average good korean dishes, but in my opinion, the jajangmyeon tasted a lil bit bland, and the korean fried chicken that showed spicy, is not that spicy, but the rice ball (not tuna nor ham n cheese) is good. Would recommend that. The loaded fries is average, maybe bit pricey? We choose the one tht has loads of mayo, chicken and onion one. I think it's making you feel queasy? But yeah, that is my opinion.

ATMOSPHERE: Personally, i think it's very very loud, with the kpop song playing over and over, made me question myself tho, where am i? And the light! Yeah even for aesthetic purposes i dont think you should put that much light, it's very dim and gloomy, plus with the music that played loudly and the area that is packed, i prefer a brighter place. At least put some warm light or something. It's depressing?

SERVICE: Maybe because we came late, (we came early but has to waited for few lines had people before getting in) the waiters seem stressed and tense. Haha, there's the good one, maybe the atmosphere plays sone role? Idk. But when we were going to leave, the waiter is definitely tired, just saying thank you without any soul or tone, you know like how tired ppl talk? Like they dont want to care hahaha totally understandable as they are saying while cleaning.

But there is friendly one, asking us how's the food and helping us too. Just...

Been there on 15/4 , i came during their closing time for my fiance birthday celebration and i do ask the staff if its possible to do a little celebration as it was hir birthday and the staff directly told me that i cam buy a cake and also showed me the nearest cake shop .

All of the staff is actually nice but big applause to the staff that are wearing hijab , i didnt know her name but shes kinda tall . Shes so kind that i dont mind paying extra here ahahaha .

One thing that i loved here upon their closing time they will check with all the customer if they want to add on something as it will gonna be the last order . I just loved the service there . The momment i searched for a kfry branch , i can just go to any of them as i think that kfry has a really good training for their staff about customer service .

Minus one star for the food was bcs of the drinking water . It taste weird , maybe they didnt wash the bottle and just directly refill the drink in the same bottle . But ya still no issue as the drinks that i ordered save me from the weird taste of the drinking water , i think its a strawberry drink and it was soo goooddd and...
