We’ve been repeat customers of Tiga Ikan and previously had good experiences, but our recent order was very disappointing. We ordered corporate lunch delivery (not dine-in) for Monday (28/4) via phone. Despite requesting the invoice promptly last Friday (25/4) to proceed with payment, it was never sent. Follow-ups were ignored, and communication was poor — including blue-ticked messages and delayed replies. We had clearly requested delivery between 11:30AM–12PM, but after making half payment and sending the receipt, the driver arrangement was delayed. Delivery kept getting pushed back — “10 more minutes” again and again — and when we tried calling and messaging for updates, no one picked up or replied, leaving us completely hanging without knowing the status. We only received our food after 1:30PM, more than 1.5 hours late. Instead of apologizing, the team blamed the delay on our “last-minute” order. After that, things got worse. The person handling our WhatsApp communication, who claimed to be the manager wrongly accused us of submitting a fake payment receipt and even threatened to report us to the police if immediate payment was not made. This was despite my repeated requests for them to verify with their accounts and bank. I had already confirmed with my bank that the transaction was successful. Only after multiple follow-ups did they admit they had received the payment — still without any apology, just more excuses and blue-ticked messages. When I raised my disappointment about being falsely accused and the terrible service, I was brushed off with a casual “thanks for the feedback.” Only after making the final balance payment did they finally say “thank you so much and so sorry for the mess.” Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Poor communication, no accountability, irresponsible accusations, and a complete failure in basic customer service. After what happened, we honestly don’t dare to order from Tiga Ikan again. We sincerely hope they take serious steps to improve.

The place is very cosy, nice ambience and the drawing on the wall is nice to look at. I ordered shoyu ramen as I've been craving it for so long. The taste is really good. It got seaweed aftertaste and mild and soothing flavour. But my malaysian tongue really needs to add in some chilies to get it right to my taste bud. The noodle is springy and properly cooked boil egg with the yellow egg is soft boil. I pair it with fry fish that complemented the ramen taste. The price is 13.5 plus 3.5 for the fish. My waifu ordered and it taste so good, realy creamy and good spicyness. The mee looks like meehon, but it have springy feel when bite. The price is 8.90 plus fry fish 2.50 The malay front staff is nice and attentive, he recommends what's good and what suit my taste bud. Overall, the place is good, i leave with the thought of coming here again. They got a promotion for family. If you have a tiga ikan special, they will add in a kiddy menu.

The plating is nice and portions are sizable. The spice level is high and spice lovers, you will like this joint. My child who likes mild spice could not manage the the gochujang chicken wings (tastes similar to the vinegary, spiciness of American buffolo wings) and if I compare the Korean dishes to a Korean eatery, the flavours are about 30% stronger (sweeter, concentrated, and spicier). Perhaps should consider putting in the menu, spice levels with little chilli indicators so that it helps with decision making. Same goes for the japanese styled dish. Personally the localisation of these dishes didn't fully work for us. Or maybe I had the expectations that the ingredients speak for themselves rather than the sauces driving the flavour. Just noticed in the other reviews some people have mentioned "salty" and "muak". Perhaps owners need to start taking the feedback into consideration.

First visit: waiter polite, the food sedap, portion also not bad. we were surprised that a muslim-friendly milk soup noodles were above average among some chinese hawker.

Second visit: Anniversary buy one free one promo supposed to be a great deals. but the restaurant decided to add new terms for B1F1, every free meal needs to order a drinks now, (if u order platter, u need to order 2 drinks to be entitled for the B1F1).

we ordered the same set meal too (lala soup noodles with garlic soy chicken), but too bad the taste and portion does not justify, one person can simply finish the set, but due to the newly added terms, we need to order 2 drinks even our set meal are not consider a platter. despite on the new t&c, the lala was not fresh today (alot of crack shells, the lala portion macam half portion also, the soup base also very light, taste different with our earlier visit, mihun portion too less and my 5 years old boy said not enough after one bowl he almost finish the whole set by himself, and you dare to claim it was a platter)

Advise to restaurant owner, if u wanna do promo, do it properly, dun cut down the portion and fool...

Great place to have a meal! Don't take the humble looking restaurant at face value. This place has varieties of awesome menus.

Food: We had Anyong + Salanghae set meal. What we liked about the set meals were:

Anyong: Unagi was cooked to perfection, Korean Fried Chicken didn't kid around it was superb❤. The set comes with Miso Soup, Kimchi & Hiyayakko (Silken tofu with Soy sauce)

Salanghae: Milky Seafood Noodle enjoyer show your hands up! Enjoy the flavorful milky soup broth with large prawn, Chicken Karaage at the side (Also did not kid around, it was juicy 🤯!!) and Okra with Sambal paste. The Okra was really really addictive!

Staff: Super friendly and warmly welcome us!

Price Range: Affordable & reasonable with the amazing portion.

Environment: It's a cozy place which makes you a bit homely. However, the place can be improved by having some wash sink installed near the dining area. It is awkward to step into the kitchen to wash your hands.

Verdict: 100/10 Definitely will come again to enjoy other menu.

To the 3 sisters of 3 Ikan. Keep it up! We love your...
