KL East Park Entrance — Attraction in Kuala Lumpur

I'm 68, a moderate hiker back home in NC, and I took this hike while visiting my daughter. We parked in the Sime Darby sales gallery parking lot and headed uphill. It's a km up to a lookout and then a slightly different hike down, and it's almost all steps. Also had to scramble over a couple fallen logs, though the trail is well maintained in general. There are rope railings which are too loose to hold onto, so bring a walking stick if you use one. Nice overlook with a breeze for a reward! Restrooms at start of hike. Parking at KLEastPark Sales Gallery and walk to the park entrance for abt 10 mins. Simple hiking for beginner and children friendly. No problem to sign-in on the 11am slot as it is cooling and many tree shades...

If I compare this park with Taman Tugu which does not require to make a booking first, they can still run it properly. Why does KL East Park need to...
