My mom and I came here after we were done with some rendezvous at Bukit Damansara. It was just few minutes away. Though it was peak hours of lunch time, somehow we managed to get parking nearby, alhamdulillah.
Once we stepped into the restaurant, it was very pack, yet again we got a table in front of the cute aquarium. My mom got her nasi lemak first while I ordered the drinks. She got nasi lemak with sambal paru while I got nasi lemak with sambal sotong.
My mom reminisced her memory of outing with my elder sister at the original location of Nasi Lemak Tanglin. And she complimented on how the sambal still tasted the same after all these years. I also shared on how they made their nasi lemak, which result in fluffy, creamy yet light nasi lemak. So yummm!

At least its a whole grain instead of some places, the rice is of a lower grade, broken rice. Portion is generous as in a full meal for lunch or dinner. They have other dishes as well like sotong, a few variations of chicken, paru, sambal egg etc. Price wise is slightly higher but not expensive. In Bukit Damansara, this is expected....
