Secret Recipe Brem Mall — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

So yesterday I went to this branch on 21/2/2024. All the staff here were friendly and kind tbh. Most of the staff were women. There's this one manager she's sooo very kind to serve customers. Love her vibeeee !!! I actually went there to redeem my birthday 5% of slice of cake but honestly it's not worth it. The price is still same expensive with SST 6% and service tax. The price is kinda increased even with 5% discount ?? But the butterfly pea cake was so pretty I wanted to try eat it. So I end up bought the cake with birthday discount which feels like no discount at all 🙃 I also use jimat voucher nasi ayam sambal pedas which costs rm 9.90. the chicken looks like the chicken chop and it was taste good. Everything here was nice tbh except the 5% discount birthday price. I better claim it at Zus coffee or kenangan coffee which I got it for free with drink purchase. 🙃🙃🙃 For the birthday discount, I think I will never visit secret recipe again. I called to check if the petit cake (RM16) was available, but the staff thought I meant slice cake. I explained it wasn’t slice cake, but they kept insisting it’s only available on Thursdays. While I was still talking, the staff suddenly hung up on me. Honestly, that was really rude and very unprofessional.
