LOCATION WISE: IT IS SCARY. IT IS LOCATED RIGHT INFRONT A GRAVEYARD. it will give ur spine chills to even walk back to ur hotel while walking beside a graveyard. HOTEL IS THE WORST: Terrible hotel, i recently stayed from 30th Dec to 1st Jan 2025 and my experience was horrible. First checking in, Not even 5 mins in the hotel room there was a huge cockroach under the blankets of the hotel room bed, went to reception to get me a new room, and guess what there was another cockroach crawling out from the bed FROM THE SECOND ROOM TOO !! I had to change my room 3 TIMES FOR A TWO NIGHT STAY. I was so afraid to even sleep at night in the 3rd room i changed wondering what if more cockroaches crawl out.. The carpets of the room are dirty and rotten. You can find spider webs around the walls of the hotel room. Tv doesn’t work at all. Most parts of the room are dusty as hell. Amenities are not sufficient. very limited shampoo and body wash that come in sachets. only 2 given. Bathroom was musty. Not sure if they even wash the bedsheets.. Overall -0/10 I would never ever recommend anyone staying in this hotel. If you’re considering the price is affordable but for the experience it’s the worst decision you...

Asking for extra towel is not permitted. The reason they already provided the towel after the room cleaning earlier. That’s the only reason she give me. Asking for prayer mat, she asked me to go outside to the prayer room outside of the room 😑. Why should i go out from my room if i can pray inside my own room. I’m not asking to pray together with others. Conclusion here i didn’t get the prayer mat. The worst part is I wanted to lying down on the bed, I flipped the blanket it was shocking there’s blood stained on the bed with the crease of somebody already lying on the bed before. Meaning that the bedsheet didn’t change. What a shameful. I was so disappointed. If not because of the distance from the training centre I’ll not staying here. The photo from the advertisement is misleading from the real looks. I’m not expecting the best but at least a reasonable & comfortable place to sleep. Regrets for choosing this hotel. I called to make a booking and the hotel staff failed to make a booking and when i called back, another staff reminded me that my booking was not made and when i tried to make a booking, 1stly she kept saying there is no booking under my name and hang up the phone when i told her off about not doing their work properly. Both the girls sounded like foreigners. Perhaps this country should start hiring Malaysians who can understand Bahasa Malaysia and English. Very unrpofessional, stupid...
