I've heard quite a bit about this place that serves Jim Jom with a bottle of Chang beer. So if you are into Thai Mookata (Pork BBQ grill) and Jim Jom (meat in Pepper Soup) then this place is up your alley. Nestled in the busy Kuchai Lama main road (opp. WISMA FGA and Cao Cao Grilled Lamb), Parking is limited so get in early and make sure you get them to validate your parking ticket for a fixed fee. Read moreFood not good, less than average Thai restaurant : pad Thai and glass noddle tasteless only feel soya sauce, the Jim Jom taste like mala spicy despite we asked less spicy, beside no people came tell us that the cooking was ready until we asked after 30 min, so everything was over cooked, Thai ice tea the worst ever, only the papaya salad and bbq pork neck was so-so.

If you want to try something more Thai and something different from what’s being offered by mainstream Thai steamboat restaurants, I’d strongly recommend Jim Jom at this restaurant! Very nice clear soup with lemongrass. Served with a lot of greens to provide a more balanced meal
According to my friend, BBQ Plaza started their business with Jim Jom but switched to mookata later on
