Where do I even start? I love this place even if it's my first time here.
First impression when entering, it was a little quiet, but cozy. A slight wait to take the order as the shop is run by a warm aging couple. I wasn't expecting much when trying out this restaurant but what I got was a really homey experience.
It's not your standard dai chao experience, it's like stepping into the kitchen of an elderly couples' home. There are some self service tea provided, other drinks are available on order too. Slight wait for food if there's a crowd as only the lady boss is the only one cooking but the food is really good.
Food portion is just right and they do advice if it's too much/just right. Not your standard local Chinese food but you get to taste home made dong bei food, it's so comforting on the stomach. Felt like I'm on a vacation here. The jiao zi tastes so good, seems like...

This Chinese restaurant Specializes in Authentic Beijing dishes. Upon arrival you are greeted with very warm smiles and the service was simply amazing. Both husband and wife team made us felt very at home. So we started off with their homemade Gyoza or chinese dumplings (4 🌟) which was excellent and delicious. We also tried their Spicy and Sour fish (3 🌟) which was ok only as we felt it was a bit too sourish and a bit less spicy. Should have tried their Mala or shui Ju Yu instead. We also tried their marinated Pork BBQ (3.5 🌟) which was nice but nothing special. Many other dishes to choose from but worth mentioning is that the price is reasonable and the service is top notch.

Read moreMy friend went to there last week morning , but it not operate, phone no answer, door didn't mention any reason closed.
And recently we went there again, but it take long time to respond to our order, even the menu is taken by ourself. We wait for ONE HOURS to get the first dish.
The taste of food most is ordinary, and stewed pork belly is very salty! And the price for a bowl of small rice (which not fulfill the small bowl) is RM3!
NO NEXT TIME FOR VISIT...
