Extremely Unsafe Environment for Women and Families

My friends and I had a deeply troubling experience at Snap restaurant. The environment was absolutely unsafe for women. We were harassed by a group of men who were in a section that was supposed to be reserved for females. Their behavior was inappropriate and made us feel very uncomfortable.

When we requested the waiter to address the issue, the situation worsened. Instead of handling it discreetly, he informed the men that we had complained, which only led to them increasing their harassment. The situation escalated to a point where we felt so threatened that we had to leave.

The staff and management took no action to protect us, which is both disappointing and unacceptable. This place does not feel safe for women and families. I urge others to be cautious and consider alternative...

Food was very good. The beans and cheese curry, super large Rotti which they called as a smaller Rotti and a grilled fish Also super large in portion

Very nice Iced lemon tea was refreshing

The only issue was it’s too local and may be we are the 1st foreigners to come They couldn’t understand any English

We were charged different prices from menu. They said: the menu is old and prices aren't updated. As if we should know that somewow.

They even included items in the bill that weren't served, luckily we noticed it or we would've been robbed. Then to add salt to the injury, they forced us to take it away instead of removing it from the bill.

Waiting time was way too long. Order came missing. The chairs inside are too old, one actually broke and a customer fell to the ground while eating.

The food is not bad but really not worth it. Find another place. Management needs serious...
