The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Today I ordered a hot matcha green latte with almond milk (no sweet) But the latte was still so sweet. I brought it back, and the lady staff told me they CANNOT make it no sweet because the almond milk is already sweet. Then why didn’t she tell me EARLIER when I order? The lady staff was probably right if Coffee Bean only uses sweetened almond milk, but she should have informed customer earlier when I clearly said (no sweet). I was buying a coffee & food with my wife dine in, and my son has some situation need back to home, than I ask them help take away , is normal , when I ask them take away , the girl showing to me angry face I still remember the staff have wearing glasses。 u are doing service , if you no this patience please don’t work here . Nice place to chill, with great music playlist too. The staff are friendly, hot chocolate is my favorite. Pizza is soft and thin crust not too heavy. Definitely worth a try. Environment is good, the seating is not as crowded as Ampang point outlet. They even provide smoking area at the main entrance of the 1shamelin mall which is very convenient for smokers. Overall very clean and comfortable to have meals here. It's not that noisy too as this is usually a working or factory area nearby, no kids or students chitchat or hangin around.
