I had a very disappointing experience at ZUS Coffee Taman Midah due to the poor attitude of the staff. Terrible Pickup Experience • My drink was ready when I arrived, but no paper bag was provided, even though I had requested one in the ZUS App order. • I called the staff three times—at first, I thought they were too busy to hear me. However, on the second attempt, the staff clearly heard me but deliberately ignored me and started using her phone instead. • It wasn’t until the third time that she finally responded, making me wait more than five minutes just for a paper bag. Rude Staff Attitude • This was my second visit. The first time, I had trouble using a ZUS voucher and asked for help, but the staff was rude and simply told me to figure it out myself. • Initially, I assumed they were unfamiliar with the process, but after today’s experience, it’s clear that the issue is their poor attitude, not a lack of knowledge.

Bad service 👎

Was looking forward to this new outlet. Visited to redeem a grab voucher - dine out. I waited while staff was busy preparing till he’s ready to serve. Showed the QR code. And the staff just said we cannot scan any QR code and leave it, coldly. I’m fine if unable to provide the service/ unaware, but tone matters.
