Customer service is good, food is ok. But the food portions are too small. I ordered 70 pax serving, but at the end although my guests have 50 pax+-, the food is still not enough. Although the customer service said 70 pax serving can serve for 80+ pax. But in reality it is not, it only can serve for 50+ pax. I feedback to them and they said they have checked with the kitchen and the kitchen said they cooked for 70 pax with measure the ingredients. My guests mostly are elderly around 40++. I felt sorry for my guest because of the food is not enough, they only having some snacks there. Overall are ok, just portions...

Glad to have the services by Hii Catering. The customer service Vivian and Winnie are friendly and patient when dealing with my urgent order. On the event day, the team arrived on time for the setup and decorations. They were concerned about hygiene by using disposable gloves to serve the food.
