I had a disappointing experience at this salon recently. While trying to alert a friend who had double-parked and inadvertently blocked me, the lady (Miu Miu) from the shop scolded rudely in public. I've visited this salon several times before and had no issues, but this interaction was frustrating and left a bad impression. *Adhoc entry for my review after getting reply from the owner. If your english is quite low class, I never mentioned her car was blocking my car tho. My car was blocked by another friend and i honk to remind him to move his car away, but the owner was rude and shouting towards me. Probably I need to use google translate my original comments into mandarin for you for a better understanding. 我最近在这家沙龙的体验很不愉快。当我试图提醒一位并排停车并无意中挡住我的朋友时，店里的那位女士（miumiu） 当众粗鲁地责骂我。 我之前去过这家沙龙几次，没有遇到任何问题，但这次互动令人沮丧，留下了不好的影响。 ———————- Glad that u said can check CCTV, u might check your CCTV on 26/7/2024 around 5pm. We have car cam as well ya if you couldn’t find your cctv scene tho.

Booked MiuMiu’s services 2 weeks in advance for hair treatment and hair cut. Upon arrival, was told that she has “various other number of customers” waiting, not by herself but by her team member. Worst thing was, she did not acknowledge my presence (looked at me) or was apologetic even I was standing in front of her. That’s what I got for booking in advance and bracing the one hour traffic to try out her service. Can’t respect someone with no respect with someone else’s...

Gonna be honest here, nice environment but not much parking. I had only been serviced by Shane and most of the experience is good, result of the haircut is not bad compared to other salon. But bear in mind sometimes it might fail ur expectation and having not so good result as well. This is my 2 cents after having 8 haircut service here. My own experience is that in 6 haircut will have 1 bad haircut, with this percentage of fault tolerance i am...
