Too crowded very hard to find seat. Choose to take away the toast also must wait but the shop too crowded no place to stand and heard excuse me here n there from their staff. Somehow there is a dined laksa bowl near the toast preparation area spilled by the boss (I supposed he is) Did not even apologize to customers who are affected as it splashed all over the floor to our legs. In the end found a seat after 15-20mins. The Uncle who clean the table wipe the table with all the dirts on table fly to us! That’s very rude. The boss came and ask us “not takeaway?” not in a good manners. Not even say thank you after give change (just put on table and finding old coins for me?). Ok the toast is just Normal nothing fantastic. Saw the girl staff who prepare it without using hand gloves. Have to send every toast to customer by herself and collect money and take the butter out from the fridge. Quite unhygienic. 2 pcs of normal toast cost RM4. Overall I would totally not...
Read moreThis ever so famous breakfast joint in Limbongan is worth the visit just because of their famous nasi lemak with kangkung at RM1.50 (it was RM1 probably a few years ago). The nasi lemak are brought into the shop in batches with the huge plastic food drawer. It comes in every 2-3 hours or so. The nasi lemak is decent with a quarter boiled egg and the sweet and spicy sambal. The packet size is standard, you might need 2 or 3 packets. The butter kaya toast and the soft bolied egg are really the hot items here as well. Nicely toasted bread with home made kaya and butter, really satisfying. The other must try items are the chicken rice, laksa and mee hoon kueh. Pricing is moderate to expensive, you really need to queue and wait if it's over the weekend. It gets crowded from 8am onwards. Staff might forget your order, so you must keep reminding them of your order especially the half boiled eggs and kaya...

The curry mee fell a bit short of our expectations, with limited ingredients and a taste that didn't quite hit the mark. However, the pan mee was a delightful surprise, boasting an amazing flavor that would undoubtedly bring us back for seconds.
The toasted bread with kaya was one of the best we've tried in a long time, and the Hainam cham coffee perfectly complemented our meal with its rich and aromatic taste.
Despite the crowded atmosphere and a 15-minute wait for a table, we would definitely return in the future for another round of pan mee and kaya toast, paired with a satisfying cup of Hainam...
