I want to draw your attention regarding the condition of the toilets in your outlet. All these issues add up to a serious concern of an unhygienic environment and need some firm measures implemented at the earliest. Do you clean toilet daily? How do you maintain toilet hygiene? poor hygiene wet and slippery floors, these can cause slips, trips, and falls accidents, as well as cuts and bruises. Place is good but spoiled with attitude of the lady behind the counter. Our Tuna Melt ready early but the lady half-hearted calling for my name and just let the food unattended when there is no response for her calling. Obviously we could not hear her calling or else I would have response. After quite a while we wait for our food, I went to the counter asking for our tuna melt and the lady just said to me she already called as an excuse (are you suppose to stop calling for the customer when there is no response for the food order, was it 1/2/3 time calling is enough when nobody came to claim the food which meant to dine in the store) The unpleasant waiting for the food ruin the night mood and we just went straight home after...

Very nice and serene experience. Initially I thought there wasn't enough customers in the restaurant. Considering the fact that COVID is still a thing, I think that this chain is actually well spaced and placed.

The flow from entry to getting you orders is very linear and logical so you don't really have to crack your heads to figure out where to line up.

Customer service is very kind, thoughtful but extremely swift. I didn't even get to warm my bum before my order came.
