I bought a burger for my breakfast. The burger buns that I got are burnt. Of course I felt pissed off. You guys can see here how worst the buns burnt are?
After that, I made a complaint about this burger on McD apps. The manager of this branch called me about my complaint.
You know what the manager said?
"Actually this burger buns burnt are acceptable"
What do you mean 'acceptable'??? The buns are super burnt. Are you blind???
I told the manager that burnt buns tasted bitter in certain areas.
You know what the manager replied???
"Is it too bitter until you can't eat it?" (Pahit sangat ke sampai takleh telan?)
What unprofessional you are as a manager to say this to me. You just can't accept the complaint because the way you answered my complaint looked like you were making fun of your customer.
Honestly, i will never visit this mcd. Even they offered me to replace that burger, i still don't want to come. Super bad service, bad quality food with bad manager. No wonder why you guys get a lot of bad...
Read moreBad service, equally bad behaviour from the staff. Went today to get a meal with my sister and her son, was stopped AGGRESIVELY by one of the staff upon entering asking about my MySejahtera check in RIGHT AFTER I did the check in IN FRONT OF HER.
It did not end there, unfortunately. Went in and ordered, chose table service as it was more practical due to the people i came with and the existing crowd in the chain. Waited for over 20 minutes, the food still didn't get served. Had to go down (bearing in mind the dining area is 1 floor up), there lying on the counter our order. From the confirmation slip, it was there good 15 MINUTES. When I asked why it didn't get served, the answer was a blunt 'Oh', no explanation, no apology, nothing. So much for the polite image they sell! Naturally, the ice cream has already melted and the food was cold.
This is not the first time I received such horrendous treatment from this chain, but this time was just too much.

Read moreThe cashier there tends to persuade you into taking upgrades (large sets, McShaker) eventhough I specifically ordered through their digital booth that I wanted a medium set. This has occurred twice and gladly the first occurrence I got a refund.
Also, I chose for a small tea (supposedly 6oz) and because of that upgrade, I got a 12oz and paid more. That 12oz of tea looks like it will fill up a 6oz cup instead. I'm not so sure why they didn't fill up the cup but this indeed made me pay more. Why can't they just take my order and stop asking me for upgrades?
EDIT: I no longer facing problems such as in my last 2-star review after I switch my payment method to digital instead of cash, and become a user of their McD App. They also installed the e-booth a few months ago so they'll have more time to get themselves together while us customers frustratingly select their order VERY SLOWLY while backing up the line.
