After being seated, the service crews noticed that we are a member of the group too - we started with some small chat and they got to know we are the exclusive VIP patrons of Edoichi Penang Island - with that they are aware that we are very close and know the outlet manager Ms. Fong (fondly / very well verse) too…
The best part was, they thought I am the spy from Edoichi spot checking them - 🤣 😝 🤣 - they assumed due to the way I have introduced myself - 😜
Immediately, the kitchen has been alerted too especially the head chef. We have no idea with our presence, it sent vibes and pressure to the kitchen where I demand to meet the head chef.
We were impressed that the head chef have done a quick basic check on my pallets.
With that, he PURPOSELY fried a fresh bowl of garlic rice for me since I am demanding serving me the garlic fried rice.
Looks like they sensed the pressure liao - that’s really hilarious 🤣 as they smelled “SAT HEI” very strong coming from our table - 🤭
We have no doubts with their cooking skills / hospitality services rendered to us.
Everything has been well taken care off and their courteous level of services reached / touched our expectations without whatsoever disappointment too.
