Food: (Fish &Cips) - for 24.90, it came out straight from those blue colour prepacked box which you usually get from any supermarket cost less than rm17. Like seriously? even a mamak shop is able to batter a dory fish and fry it on the spot, what's wrong with your chef? And of course another failure, the salad, thick cuts of cabbage with kewpie salad sauce.

(Aglio Olio) - Now, this is the dish which proved your chef needs to go back school. Fettuccine with some light cream sauce, two kingprawns, top with cheese powder& paprika and parsley garnish. Bro, your kidding me? Do you even know how a aglio olio looks like?even pasar malam vendors can sell a proper aglio olio. By standard, aglio olio is with spaghetti, olive oil base, with a touch of cili oil & cut onions, sauteed spinach, and sprinkle of fried garlic crumbs. That's a proper aglio olio bro, and your chef served us, carbonara style pasta with paprika on it. Don't sell anything, if you got no idea what your making donut.

Jose Tequila & Bacardi: Not sure, if it has been on the shelf for too long, the real taste & fragrance wasn't there, especially the tequila.

C.Service: Only one pinoy lady (the young one, not the old) was very polite, and smile. Others were like zombie.

Overall, good environment, just very disappointed on the food, if can't chnge your gordon ramsay, pls just sell drink and roti...

Dining Experience and Service Standards - Loft Seremban 2

3 of us my dad, my son and myself visited Loft Seremban 2 to celebrate my dad’s birthday yesterday 9th Nov 2024, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. We had to repeat our orders several times to ensure they were correct due to communication breakdown. As we still had coupons from last night, we returned for lunch today, hoping for improved service. However, after placing our orders, my dish was still missing. Upon inquiring, we were told they forgot the other order, and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes while my family finished their meals ( photo as shown, short of 1 more food). The best part they did not event apologize after we informed them.

This situation underscores the importance of having staff who can communicate effectively, particularly in the hospitality industry. Clear communication and attention to detail are essential for providing a seamless dining experience and ensuring that customers’ time...

The loft is one of the popular gathering spot in Seremban. They offer many food, snacks, and drinks. We had our dinner and some drinks there lately.

Our mains of chicken chop and burgers wasn't very good. The meat was a bit hard. Seasoning was totally insignificant. I would skip dinner next time. But contrary to the mains, they serve pretty good snacks. Great for a gathering session. Price: RM20, Food: 6/10

Besides variety of drinks, their snacks are something you should order when you are here. Buffalo wings not only fillings with its big size, i think it is double of Ayamas drummet size, it was also really yummy. Meat was quite tender. Good one. Food: 8/10

All our snacks was very addicting including these 2. Spicy anchovies & Bacon Enoki. Anchovies are crispy and spicy. You will keep picking it up, especially good to go with beer. Bacon enoki on the other hand is very juicy, it spilt on my pants....
