Decent Korean food in Seremban but the side dishes were very little (a few of the side dishes ran out after 1 serve!). If they know it's a busy day, they should keep restocking or cooking the sides, or just create simple new slides). The Burmese and local servers were very friendly. HOWEVER the Korean lady boss was extremely sour in the face and COLD, totally NO SMILES like she is absolutely hating her time standing at the cashier area / hating all the customers / hated 'working' there. I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day or that's just her usual aura, but that aura was COLD, and made me feel unwelcomed and judged. She was also very terse when I requested for extra sides but she said in a very strict voice "no more no more!!". Could she not politely tell us that, with an apologetic smile? I would be far more understanding. Even when I paid, she did NOT smile or even look at me — barely a thank you from her lips. I really suggest she could be more friendlier and polite. Shocking. But again maybe she was having a bad day. ONE STAR off because of her attitude, and one star off because of the poor amount of sides (compared to some restaurants in KL where there is way more sides and vegetables, and way more...
Read moreI've been to this restaurant 2 or 3 times before, but I was really disappointed with the service during this Chinese New Year period. I noticed that the owner and foreign staff treated Korean customers and local customers differently.
The Korean owner only seemed to care about serving their fellow Korean customers. The side dishes brought to us by the foreign worker were really small portion. After we finished the side dishes, we asked for refill, but the worker told us to wait and NEVER brought them.
While I understand that it might be very busy during the Chinese New Year, the service was very poor. When I was about to leave after finishing my meal, I noticed that other Korean customers in the restaurant had been served many more side dishes than we had.
It seems like the owner only wants to focus on serving Korean customers.对韩国人和本地人有差别待遇. I would suggest that locals avoid...
Read moreI usually visit this Korean restaurant. It is a clean and delicious Korean restaurant that is operated by a S. Korean owner. I have visited this one several times. For dinner, it is a very crowded place, but it's worth waiting. Not only Korean, but many Malaysian Chinese enjoy it. If you are from S. Korea, you'll feel as if you are having the same Korean food in Malaysia.
For your information, there are several staff who grill your meats. Personally, big tattoos of some of them always make me uncomfortable. For the garlic which is an essential point of BBQ, will be served as smashed type. It is different from the normal Korean BBQ...
